The Grade 10 girls did their annual community service stint on 2, 3 March at Kwasizabantu Mission.
They assisted in the preparations for the forthcoming KSB Ministers’ Conference. In groups, the girls were placed at different areas on the mission: the auditorium and the reception. The key to accomplishing something as a group is unity which is a lesson the girls learned anew.
One group created ‘welcoming packets’ which were put in the accommodation areas. They made about 1500 packages! Others lent a hand baking little biscuits for the guests as well. Their keen spirit and pleasant attitude made their service a joy.
