KZNCSSA hosted the national x-country event at DSS on 2 August where 8 national regions competed. The weather was lovely, the runners enthusiastic and the competition, tough.
DSS athletes represented the KZN team which ran in black and white. They brought home 10 gold medals, 8 silver and 3 bronze medals. Needless to say, KZN made a clean sweep of all the categories, winning primary girls and boys as well as high school girls and boys. Congratulations to the KZN team for winning the national x-country trophy.
