The 1st team played a 20-overs home match against Wartburg Kirchdorf School on 20 March. WKS won the toss and opted to bat. Good bowling from DSS resulted in 5 wickets in the first 5 overs and only 21 runs. WKS persevered valiantly to the 8th over when they lost another wicket with 33 runs … Read more

On 12 March the U13 cricket team played against Treverton. DSS won the toss and selected to bat, scoring 100 runs. Treverton could only score 60 runs in their 20 overs. DSS won by 40 runs. 

On 8 March the 1st team played a 50-overs match against Wembley at home. Wembley won the toss and opted to bowl. DSS had a very good innings, scoring 222 all out after 29.4 overs. The KZNCSSA mini cricket tournament took place on 8 March at the Hollywoodbets Kingsmead Cricket Stadium in Durban. DSS cricketers played two matches. In the match against Redwood College, DSS won by 67 runs and 3 wickets. In the match against Kainon Primary, Kainon won by 38 runs and 5 wickets.

The 5th and final aQuelle Summer Series took place on 25 February at Msunduzi Stadium in Pmb. The meeting comprised of relay races only. Series winners and winning schools were announced.
