INTERPRIMARY ATHLETICS

DSS junior athletes participated in a local competition held at Greytown High on 26 August. 6 schools participated namely Cordwall, DSS, Greytown Primary, Indlovana, Tholinhlanhla and Kammaland. This is a first for this competition. DSS achieved 2nd position after Greytown Primary.

SENIOR QUAD ATHLETICS

DSS competed at the Senior Quad Athletics competition on 23 August against Greytown High, Hermannsburg and Wartburg Kirchdorf. The competition took place at Hermannsburg. Domino hosted the KZNCSSA Zonal competition on 20 August which saw Monument Primary, Ladysmith, Ichtus Christian school, Dundee and DSS competing. This competition was last held in 2017. INTERHOUSE ATHLETICS MEETING

Morris began the day as the favourite to win the competition and led with a comfortable margin.
