The SACSSA National Athletics Meeting took place on 13&14 September in Pretoria. 11 DSS athletes competed in this competition against G7, Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Limpopo, Free State, Eastern Province, Western Province and Zimbabwe.
4 gold medals, 6 silver and 5 bronze medals were won by DSS athletes. 7 athletes qualified to represent SACSSA at the SACSSA Open Athletics Meeting on 26 October.
