On 28 August 2015 Jacob Allen, Daniel Bosman and Daniel Pop, participated in the SAICE AECOM International Bridge Building competition.
Their flights were paid for by the organisers (SAICE and AECOM) as well as their stay in a hotel. They were required to build their bridge in six hours and the weighing took place that evening. Their bridge carried 80 kg which gave them third place. This is a very good achievement considering they were the youngest team at the competition.
