DSS loves and definitely takes advantage of days like World Read Aloud Day on 4 February. This is an annual global campaign to celebrate the power of reading aloud, promoting literacy and sharing stories. Activities were held throughout the school to encourage reading. The Grade 11and 12 classes were treated to Mr Khwela’s excellent reading skills which he demonstrated using braille.
