AFRICAN CUISINE

A Sebenzela Umdali course on traditional African cuisine was presented on 12 January by Thobsile Ncayiyana. This course focused on cooking ‘dombolo and stew’ in the African way. The dough was kneaded and the stew flavoured to perfection with a special mixture of spices. Beginner and seasoned chefs enjoyed the experience and will be able to add a special touch to their home cooking.
