Friday, 13 November was a day not to forget. Each learner brought a contribution from home to sell to the school and the community. It was the annual R1, R2 & R5 sale which the Foundation Phase has held for the last five years. Each child set up their goodies on a table in front of the school. Moms usually lend a helping hand as selling and handling money is a unique experience for the little ones. They enjoy themselves thoroughly.
At the end of the sale each child is proud to hand in the money they have made from their sales. All the money is put together and the children are taken on an unforgettable outing.
