On 23 June our Pre-primary and Foundation Phase learners enjoyed a memorable Fun Day at the seaside. The learners raced between a variety of activity stations, each designed to bring the seaside adventure to life. The event was thoughtfully planned and presented by the Grade 11 learners who created a fun and engaging experience for the younger children.
Among the most popular attractions was Foam Fury where learners navigated a maze while taking aim at sea creatures with nerf guns. Equally exciting was Treasure Cove where hidden treasures were uncovered beneath the ocean in a creatively designed cardboard shipwreck. The much-loved Fishing for Floaty challenge sparked plenty of laughter as learners attempted to eat a doughnut dangling from a fishing rod without using their hands.
The highlight of the day was the learners’ joy and enthusiasm as they worked together, cheered one another on and embraced every challenge with excitement.
