THE cricket match was scheduled for 21 March and despite the drizzle, the match was not called off due to popular demand.
The old scholars won the toss and opted to bat. They scored 103 runs for 6 wickets in 19 overs. Highest scorer was Carl Stegen who scored 19 runs. DSS replied with a score of 104 runs for 6 wickets in 14.2 overs. Herman Meyer made 30 runs – 2 6s and 3 4s. Well done, DSS.
